Shipping and Payment information
If you wish to have larger quantities of products shipped to another country, please send an e-mail (hello@love-rehab.com) before placing an order and please name the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code . You will then receive a short-term notification stating the shipping costs, since the shipping option and the costs must be inquired about in advance from our shipping partner.
Shipment of stoneware objects is only possible within Germany and the EU. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via Deutsche Post AG or Deutsche Post DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.
Shipping within Germany
For shipping within the German mainland, including the German islands, the following shipping costs are charged:
- Art prints DinA4: 3.99 euros
- Art prints DinA3/DinA2: 6.99 euros
- Earthenware objects up to 2.5 kg: from 6.99 euros to a maximum of 9.49 euros
Shipping outside of Germany
We deliver to the EU, rest of Europe and the world.
EU:
- Art prints DinA4: 10.99 euros
- Art prints DinA3/DinA2: 17.99 euros
- Seingut objects up to 2.5 kg: from 17.99 euros to a maximum of 22.99 euros
rest of Europe:
- Art prints DinA4: 17.99 euros
- Art prints DinA3/DinA2: 30.99 euros
World:
- Art prints DinA4: 19.49 euros
- Art prints DinA3/DinA2: 30.99 euros

Detailed information on the individual payment options
1) Paypal
PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S. à. right l. & Cie. S.C.A. In order to be able to pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal account in which you save your bank or credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them every time you make a purchase. When you place an order, your PayPal account will be debited directly with the total amount and you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal by email.
2+3) Shopify Payments
In cooperation with Shopify Payments, the following payment methods are available for payment:
- Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
- Digital wallet: Apple Pay and Google Pay
Google Pay: You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment data you have stored in the app for the transaction.
Apple Pay: In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
